| | We started with a 3.5 mile warm up. We then did a 2 mile tempo run. Legs were a little tired, but in all it was a pretty good workout. I finished at 11:05 which was a little slower than I was supposed to. (around 5:32 per mile). We cooled down back to the school.

In the afternoon we had a competition to see who could do the most 200s. We started with a two mile warm up. It was really windy outside! My time was 36 seconds. I missed my time on the 20th 200. I did two more for good measure. After I jogged around the track

In the afternoon I did a 3 mile warm up. I raced an 800 and hit a 2:12 (which is a pr). I have been really enjoying the book elite minds. I cooled down 2 miles after.

| | I did a 2 mile warm up today. I then raced the 3200 at Richfield. I got third overall. It was raining really hard and my time was not great, but I felt pretty good about the race place wise. I finished I think in a 10:46. Coach told us to get out of the rain so I didn't get much of a cool down in. I was going to run a little later, but I fell asleep. Oops. I am excited to race again!

| | In the morning I ran 3 miles easy.
Afternoon we did a 2 mile warm up and some strides. After we did a workout which was 3 sets of an 800, 400 and 200. I hit my times I think on all of them and it felt good. Probably one of my better work outs of the year. I hit the last 200 in a 28 seconds. Cooled down a mile afterwards. I also helped boston ask a girl to a dance so I got little extra speed workout there haha.

In the afternoon 2.5 mile warm up with drills. We then did 2 sets of a 600,400 and 150. I hit all my times and I am feeling good. I pushed it hard on my last 150. Overall a prettty good run.
