Believe it or not I am back on the blog. I am really disappointed at how I raced at state and decided that I needed to buckle down and get back to the basics for the last couple of weeks of xc. Today we ran 6 miles out on the trails with 8x100 meter strides. Stride for Greatness!
Afternoon workout was 12x400 . The park we ran at had lots of bends. It was a bit frusterating at first, but I know it will make us stronger. 400's are one area I need to work on. Overall a successful day.
