In the morning I ran 3 miles easy.
Afternoon we did a 2 mile warm up and some strides. After we did a workout which was 3 sets of an 800, 400 and 200. I hit my times I think on all of them and it felt good. Probably one of my better work outs of the year. I hit the last 200 in a 28 seconds. Cooled down a mile afterwards. I also helped boston ask a girl to a dance so I got little extra speed workout there haha.
