Five miles easy with my brother up in Orem. Looking forward to a great xc season. I am leaving to EFY today with Scott. It should be a great time. I am excited!

Well running at EFY turned out to be a little tougher than planned. They originall didn't want us to run but we were able to run during free time. Nice five miles run with scott at 7:29 pace. Another kid in our dorm is an xc runner so hopefully we will be able to run with him sometime this week.

5 mile run with Scott and Alex at 7:26 per mile pace. Of course there was the ocasonal "Run Forrest run" and "run faster" as we passed EFY kids on campus. We hit the cool trail again. Great run with great people!

What a day!!! Woke up at 4:20 in the morning to get back from EFY for work at 10. Luckily I was able to sleep in the car for a little while. When I got to work it was my first day as a lifeguard. It went pretty well. I got home around 8 oclock and was super tired and hungry. I ate dinner and laid on the couch and fell asleep for a while. I woke up around 10:30. I was really tired, but was able to make it out the door. I did 6 miles easy on the roads.
