| | Today I ran the Bloomington stake 5k. It felt pretty good. I came in third place. The time was negligent because because the distance was off. I ran home to cool down with my brother. It has been a great day! |

| | Today I ran the Bryce Canyon 1/2 marathon. I was really tired this morning and didn't want to wake up, but it was worth it. The downhill felt really good at the beginning, but about 7 miles into it my legs were starting to feel it. I was able to finish the race in 129:04. I was 37th overall and 3rd in my age group. It was a great day. |

| | Today I ran a total of 9 miles. While the rest of the team did the V02 max I jogged around the turf. I ran a total of 6.15 miles including the warm up and cool down. It was really hard not running the V02 max because I want to keep up with the other guys, but it was probably for the best because my legs were really sore form the half marathon. As a team we ran 3 more miles in the afternoon. |

| | Today we ran 8 miles at Pine Valley. It was a tough run for me. My legs are still pretty tired from the half marathon I ran on Saturday. I was able to finish the run and was really glad for the chocolate milk at the end. We also ran 3 miles in the afternoon. |

| | Today we did a 4 mile tempo run. As a team we warmed up together before starting. I was off pace on the tempo run and I felt pretty flat. I think I am still recovering from the 1/2 marathon I ran last saturday. We cooled down back to the Thatchers house. In the afternoon we ran 3 more miles. |

| | Today I ran a total of 11.5 miles. We ran 8 miles around fish lake with 6x100 meter strides at the finish. It felt like a pretty good tempo and when we finished I was pretty tired. In the afternoon we ran 3 miles. |

| | Today I ran 8 miles. In the morning we did a 2 mile warm up and then the team had a relay race. I had 4x800 meter legs. It was a fun way to do a speed workout. After we did a 15 minute cool down. That afternoon we ran 3 more miles. |

| | Today I did a ten mile run at running camp. It was good for me because it was pretty steep and I need to build up my leg muscles. On the way back it felt pretty nice though (because it was downhill), especially when we went through the river. |

| | Today I ran 9 miles. In the morning practice we did a mile warm up and then a 20 minute fartlek run, with one minute hard then one easy. We did 6 miles in the morning (including warm up) and three in the afternoon. |
