Today I ran a total of 9 miles. While the rest of the team did the V02 max I jogged around the turf. I ran a total of 6.15 miles including the warm up and cool down. It was really hard not running the V02 max because I want to keep up with the other guys, but it was probably for the best because my legs were really sore form the half marathon. As a team we ran 3 more miles in the afternoon. |
