In the morning I ran 3 miles easy.

In the afternoon we did a half mile warmup, calisthenics and then did an 8 mile run. My left calf felt pretty tight at the beginning, but loosened up as we went along. Legs felt a little bit tired, but I am good to go! Probably should get to bed at a good time tonight because we have a big week ahead of us!

Ran 3 miles easy in the morning.

Afternoon did a 2.5 mile warm up and then 4 striders. Had to modify workout because of some leg pain. I took an ice bath yesterday.

In the morning I biked for 30 minutes at the Summit.

In the afternoon I iced before practice and then my dad drove me and Joe over to the Summit to bike. We biked for an hour and did core and stretch afterwards.

In the afternoon I biked for an hour and tried to push it a little harder to keep my heart rate up.

Today in the morning I went to a spinning class. It was hard. I was sweating so much and my shirt was soaked when I was done. I didn't do any of the stand up parts because I didn't want to put pressure on my leg. In the afternoon I went and swam laps for around 30 minutes. I also did 3x 200 minutes (approximately) treading water with no arms.

Today I worked at Coach Madsen's house. I felt like such a man! We removed a tree and carried some gravel and stuff. Later in the day I went to the Summit and biked for 24 miles (according to the machine) and swam 32 laps ( 25 yards a lap) and finished up with a 10 minutes of treading water with no arms.
