Ran 7.5 miles out towards Hidden Valley. Average pace was a 7:36. My hamstring is pretty tight and I need to roll and stretch it out. After practice we had the kids camp. We played capture the flag and it was pretty fun. The best part about practice today though was I got to meet and get a picture with TY DETMER. Great day! 30 minutes of aqua jogging (pool running) later today.
