pm: Went aqua jogging at Bryon's for 30 minutes. It was super nice/refreshing to aqua jog in the afternoon. It was super fun to be able to hang out with the guys for a bit as we are now pretty busy with running and school. Great overall day and shoutout to coach for the new additon to the team!

| | Back on the blog! I really want to focus and record how I perform as Nike regionals is coming fast! Today we did a 3 mile warm up with a 2 mile tempo. I finished 9:55. Great overall team effort.

| | Today I took the ACT. After I did a five mile run swinging out by the pickleball courts. I love having them so close to my house!

PM: I wasn't able to go to school today because of leadership academy. We learned about diversity and the history of the silver mines in leeds, so that was pretty neat. For the workout today we had a 2 mile warm up, 4x200 starts and then 3x1 mile repeats. I hit 5:17, 5:20 and then 4:55(ish). Good overall workout. Need to focus on getting to better at a good time as I have quite a bit of things going on right now.
